3. To turn the hearts of the sons of Joseph to their father, Joseph, and instill in these "Joes" the love of Joseph for his brother, Judah; identify "stumbling blocks" and the roots of enmity and vexation between "Joes" and "Jews" and offer synergetic solutions based on Halachah (the laws of the Torah as interpreted by Jewish sages) to help reconcile them.

4. To promote, certify and teach the study of Torah to Joes with the goal of preparing them to live in Eretz Yisrael as a compatible component among the family of Greater Israel (the reunited houses of Judah and Israel).

5. To be a bridge between the Orthodox Jewish community and the Josephite community particularly in researching an Halachic framework for the Return of the House of Joseph and addressing stumbling blocks to the reconciliation. Part of this bridge includes plans for an Academy of Torah Law and Biblical Exegesis and other means to prepare the Assimilation of Israel spiritually and otherwise for its prophesied Return.

6. As a "maggid-mokhiah," to evaluate conflicts within religious dogma and the exegetical basis for these beliefs.
