Epilogue: The biblical alternative to a Palestinian State in Judea-Samaria

1. The Palestinian population living in the northern two-thirds of the unannexed territiories (the Shomron region and the "fields of Ephraim"), should be relocated to the cities of Ashkelon, Ashdod, Ekron and Gaza, which generally define the Gaza Strip and areas contiguous.

2. A degree of autonomy could then be extended to the Palestinians, who according to Zechariah 9, would exist in this region, as a "clan among Judah" once the blood is removed from their mouths and their pride,  "ultra-Nationalistic Islamic fervor," is broken.

3. The Law of Return should be amended so that non-Jewish Zionists, (Joes), could begin returning to the land of Israel and take up residence in their historic territories, the Shomron given in perpetuity by the God of Israel to Ephraim and Manashe, the sons of Joseph. This should occur, according to Zechariah 9 at a time in the future when the "eyes of all of the tribes of Israel are turned toward Hashem."

4. The houses of Judah (the Jewish people) and Joseph (the remnant of the non-Jewish tribes that were exiled in the 8th Century B.C.E., who were scattered into every nation among every race, ethnicity, culture and language) should be reunited once Joseph is allowed to return.

5. The return should be according to the
Halachah (interpretation of the Torah according to Jewish sages) of Orthodox Judaism. However, the Orthodox rabbonim who today interpret Halachah, should recognize that Halachic interpretation has continued since the exile of the House of Israel, more than 27 centuries. Halachah pertaining to the everlasting commands of Torah — binding on all who would be called, "Israel" — might initially be limited to the Halachah that was in common between the two houses before the exile or perhaps before the split of Israel into two houses.

While these points represent the ideal, the State of Israel and the Palestinian people must face the harsh and devastating reality of a bloody war that will occur at some point. To minimize the deaths and destruction, point No. 1 — the transfer of the Palestinian people — should proceed as soon as possible.

Obadiah prophesied in precise and certain terms that at the time Jacob would reclaim his possessions, which has been ongoing since 1948, that a people known as “the House of Esau” would live in the possessions of Joseph known as the “fields of Ephraim and the fields of Samaria.” More than a million Palestinians currently live in this region. If a Palestinian state were declared, the returning Palestinian “refugees” would up that number to almost 2 million. Obadiah prophesied that those of the House of Esau who remained in this region would be annihilated to the last man, woman and child.

The message has been greatly resisted by all parties and religious persuasions. Many among Beit Yehudah (the House of Judah) resent returning the historic and biblical inheritances of Beit Yosef, (the House of Joseph-Ephraim), according to Jeremiah 31:15-18. Most of the resistance is uninformed and awaits only the anointed message which will turn their hearts. The religious leadership of Judah also is greatly concerned that Joseph-Ephraim will become the majority or
rov population in the land of Israel, as Jacob declared in his blessing of Joseph’s sons. We await a sanhedrin of Beit Yehudah who must establish an Halachic identity for Beit Yosef and determine its applicable Halachah.

At the same time, the sons of Joseph resent the authority of the leaders of Judah and are greatly confused about the covenant the Jewish people always have had with the God of Israel, a covenant from which the sons of Joseph were "cut-off" and to which this writer believes they must be renewed, restored or repaired via the intervention of a
tzadik.

Each commentary must be disseminated in its entirety with no editing or changes permitted. This is being done to ensure that this material is not taken out of context.

If you have been convinced by this exegesis, please consider a donation to help give it wider dissemination among members of Congress, to deans of theology schools and opinion leaders in the Jewish and Christian communities. The drawing of the outline of the n’zir is also being circulated to all of the world’s leaders who, Scripture indicates, will be startled at what they had not seen or been told. Finally, a case to first find an Halachic identity for Beit Yosef and also to urge their Return is being prepared to present to the revived Sanhedrin of Israel, which hopefully, will soon be a reality.
