Today, Maggid ben Yoseif lives among his Apache brothers, humbly in exile and alone at an undisclosed location in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado.  He has these goals in mind:

1.    To locate the children of Joseph in exile and prepare those who wish, to return to their biblical ancestral borders.  This includes the descendants of one family of Joseph-M'nashe, who through immigration from countries to the South are massing in the American Southwest.  It also includes descendants of Native Americans who assimilated with the Hopi nation in their earlier migrations throughout the Americas.

2.    Replicate and disseminate the message of the Return of the House of Joseph, which he is doing by conducting seminars throughout the U.S., and parts of Mexico and South America and making submissions to Op-Ed pages of daily newspapers.  Part of this task involves re-acquainting the Joes with first their identity and birthright as well as the terms of their forgotten or neglected covenant.

3.    Warn of impending disasters now striking and coming upon the United States for:

a. Coercion and extortion of Israel by the U.S. State Department to secure Arab oil in the Middle East.

b. The Bush Road Map, which ben Yoseif says "takes the birthright of Jacob in the territories of Joseph and gives it to Esau."

"The prophet Obadiah made it clear. When Jacob would reclaim his possessions in the "fields of Ephraim and the fields of the Shomron," which both describe the territories of Joseph, those possessions will then be occupied by the House of Esau.  There is no question that the Palestinians who today reside in the territories of Joseph are defined by Obadiah, himself a descendant of Esau, as "the House of Esau."  No greater curse can come upon a nation. I fear for the very existence of this country because of the Bush Road Map and how it has sold out Israel and Joseph's very birthright ... to the "House of Esau."

c.    Pointing out the biblical Palestinian state which awaits the Palestinians when the bloodshed and violence end and the false hope raised by the U.S. State Department -- which feeds the Palestinian pride for a state in the territories of Joseph -- is abandoned.

In pursuit of these goals, he has met with religious leaders of all major faiths and a number of Native American tribes who have customs that may be rooted in the writings of the Torah. He has recently been named to the councils and boards of directors of Iglesia de Aztlan (the assembling of Aztlan), and Turtle Tribe and is a special messenger for the Native American White Roots of Peace council. The council, founded in the 1960s by Mad Bear Anderson, promotes the Great Law of the Iroquois and the "twin fires" (Hopi and Cherokee prophecy). He is also helping the Apache nation with its vision to prepare a place for elders of all Native tribes to assemble in the tradition of past White Roots of Peace gatherings and in fulfillment of Ogalalah Sioux prophecy.

Earlier attempts to lend Native wisdom to pressing American issues, including foreign policy have been ignored much to America's shame.  And the biggest lie ever told the American people is that the god-fearing, monotheistic Native population were heathens and idolators.  Nothing could be further from the Truth.

The Chicano migrating from the South must somehow be accommodated spiritually since the Hopi and the lost Israelite tribe of M'nashe are believed to have asssimilated and M'nashe is actually massing in the American Southwest.  This tribe from the House of Joseph is also the legal heir to live in the northern part of Judea-Samaria. It will take a while to sort this out, but the overflow of Chicano immigrants who have the God of Israel, the Torah of Israel and the Land of Israel imprinted in their souls, represent a real and lasting solution to the Israeli-Palestinian quagmire -- and the U.S. concern about illegal immigration.

The course the State of Israel should be following ... and I believe would be following if the U.S. State Department had not interfered with its anti-biblical Road Map ... is simply to allow and accommodate the return of the non-Jewish House of Joseph in exile. God's vision of Zion is bigger than a purely Jewish state. It involves the return and reconciliation of Joes and Jews.

A family of M'nashe has been preserved in the Chicano people. The greatest concentration of Ephraim is in the isles and coastal regions. As coastal regions become uninhabitable due to the coming Earth changes, Israel's course is clear. As directed by the prophet, Isaiah, "send me your homeless, not-comforted and storm-tossed."

The God of Israel has ordained that the territories of Joseph be populated not by Palestinians, who have their own contiguous state waiting for them once they rid themselves of the terror and violence. But their pride in a pipe dream of a state in Judea-Samaria has falsely been given hope by the U.S. State Department. And for this, America is guilty of the blood of Palestinians and Israelis.

The biblical Palestinian state is the wells dug by Isaac, father of Esau, but in the Plain of the Philistines, which includes Gaza, Ashquelon, Ashdod and Ekron and parts of the fertile Sh'felah that connect these regions making it one contiguous state.  But Judea-Samaria is set aside for the reconciliation of the Jewish people with the refugee population of Joes soon to come.

In the fall of 2009, ben Yoseif was invited by Central Band Cherokee Principal Chief Joe "Sittingowl" White to serve as one of the 13 Equahiyi-Wasi, a First Nations' society of 13 professionals researching First Nations' ties to Equahiyi (Abraham) and Wasi (Moses).
